Life Care Planning
Our medical case managers, together with our support team, develop comprehensive life care plans for client’s families, legal counsel, and insurance providers. These plans consider all aspects of treatment and care required to provide the best quality of life for a client’s specific medical condition. Categories may include:
- Costs for treatment by primary and specialty physicians and other health providers
- Inpatient and outpatient therapies
- Medications
- Durable medical equipment
- Home modifications
- Vocational rehabilitation

File/Medical Record Review
Our services include expert review and clear, concise summarization of medical records and medical case histories for client families, medical providers, legal counsel, and insurance providers.
Expert Testimony
In the event that expert medical testimony is required, MANAGED REHAB ’s founder and president Annelle Hill, RN, BSN, CCM, will provide testimony on behalf of the client or hired legal counsel. Her testimony will be based on the client’s case management assessments, medical case history, and medical records.
